Work with me, from all corners of the world.

Virtual Sessions

These appointments are just like standard, in-person appointments, except that you are speaking to me via video conference from the comfort of your home.

Unlike a massage therapist or osteopath, I do not need to physically touch clients. Everything you need to participate in a virtual session is now built into the cameras and cellular data connections on your devices, smartphone, or laptop.

Feedback shows client satisfaction with virtual health is high. For clients, the advantages of virtual health are that you can do the session from home or your workplace, saving time and money on parking and petrol.

Once my clients have dealt with me in a virtual session, they often continue to utilise video conferencing for their healing, coaching or reading sessions.

What can I expect during a virtual session?

It’s simple, just pick your favourite spot and get comfy. If you are having a healing session you might want to consider somewhere you can lay your head back or down.

For your coaching have pen and paper handy. For your reading, a box of tissues as it can be quite emotional when we connect to our loved ones.

The Virtual Platforms

My favourite Telehealth platform is doxy.me, the reason why I love it is you do not need to sign up or download anything. We don’t need to send you a password it’s perfect if you are not a high tech whizz.

I use Zoom software for our virtual sessions. This software is free and easy to install and can be accessed from a variety of devices, is widely popular and is private and secure.

A desktop or laptop computer is ideal, but sessions can also be held quite effectively using a tablet or smartphone as well.
