Having a Reading: Questions

Its a good idea to write down what you would like to know, before your have a reading with me, so you can check in with your list that everything has been answered.Spirit knows whats in your heart and they will do everything to cover whats on your list. You do not need to give me your birth date,photos or jewellery that belonged to your loved one or if you want to have insider trading information on how your children,family members tick or your potential life partner. There are no secrets with spirit.When you have a reading with me I am just a reporter, As I see your people and I hear them I do not edit anything they are telling me what you need to remember is you have a whole fan club all on the other side.

Having a Healing: Questions

Get clear on what changes you want to make in your life. As I will ask you what is your healing priority? Healing is really very simple, when you understand the anatomy of energy medicine. I will look at your unique energy signature, which forms as a result of reacting to the stresses of life. I will give you guidance as to why you keep staying stuck in certain areas of your life. Plus a treatment plan to help you to become well in your life.

When using our online booking system it will convert your appointment to the time you have programed on your computer or device. I am in Auckland, New Zealand if you want to know what the time difference here is a time zone convertor please   click here
Your appointment starts at the time arranged. If you are late the time will be deducted form your allocated time as I have a tight schedule.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know or Adele who is my assistant 48 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to find another time and day to suit.

If you need to cancel your appointments, 48 hours notice is required or else full price will be charged. If you have used our online booking system, your first email that accepted your booking has a unique hyperlink so you can cancel or reschedule a time that works for you.

There are no refunds once your session begins. If you request a refund after you have booked and paid for your session with me (and no later than 48 hours before your session begins) I will refund your payment minus a NZ$25 administrative fee. This is to cover my costs with exchange rates and for administrative expenses. Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase while you are waiting to see me for your appointment.

Missed appointments
If you do not make your appointment and have not contacted me or Adele prior, no refund or rescheduling will be given. 

Skype Zoom and Phone sessions

On occasions  I have been unable to reach people because of internet issues, Skype issues. Before your booking with me, please check that your phone is plugged in and fully charged and ready to go. If you are a Skype user, test your Skype before the call to check that your microphone is working as it should. Check that you are online not invisible or set to offline otherwise I won't be able to connect with you on Skype.

You have responsibility on your end for your equipment. If we are about to start your appointment and your phone is unplugged or your Skype isn’t working I will endeavor to find another extension of time for you.

If there is no contact at the time we arranged, check your email, or your phone for a text,I will always contact you if there’s a problem. If I don’t get a reply within 10-15 minutes of our appointment time I will assume you are not going to show up.

Can I ask follow up questions via email after my session?
No, Please make sure you get all your important issues and questions addressed during the session, as I am not able to answer questions outside of in person,phone,Skype sessions due to time constraints and the volume of people I work with.
